SEEKING: General Operations Coordinator – Champion Sports

We are a leading golf equipment wholesaler currently seeking to appoint a General Operations Coordinator. To be eligible for this role you will have previous management experience or experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for the coordination and logistics of the General Operations team and you will have to be confident in your abilities to manage your area.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Coordination of Inbound and Outbound Orders
· Data entry with a high degree of accuracy and co-ordination
· Direct support for all Account Managers and the National Sales Manager
· Oversee and manage the smooth functioning of the warehouse
· Stock control and inventory management
· Coordination with senior management on overseas shipments
· Technical Support for all brands
Key Skills & Requirements:
To be successful in this position you will be available to start immediately
· Previous Management experience or experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Knowledge of Myob (Preferred but not essential)
· Knowledge of PAYG, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable (Preferred but not essential)
