Golf Club Builder / Warehouse Storeperson

Srixon Sports Australasia is a major international golf company. With brands including Srixon, Cleveland Golf, XXIO and ASICS golf shoes, they have a strong presence in the Australian and New Zealand golf industry. A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Golf Club Builder / Warehouse Storeperson to join the team in Peakhurst, NSW. The primary purpose of the role is the building and repairing of golf clubs, while also supporting the warehouse with storeperson duties.

Working Monday to Friday, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following;

• Building of golf clubs to required standards
• Stock management of components
• Packing and despatch of golf clubs builds
• Liaising with customer service team
• Maintaining and safely using machinery
• Picking, packing and despatch of goods
• Checking and receipting of goods inwards
• Maintaining a clean & tidy golf club workshop and warehouse

 
The following experience / skills are essential;

• Previous experience in building, assembling or repairing golf clubs
• Ability to interpret and build golf clubs to standard operating procedures and instructions
• Previous experience working with golf club building machinery and an eye for detail
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fluent in English in both written and oral
• Work in a team environment

 
Experience / skills highly regarded;

• Current forklift licence
• Current driver licence
