SEEKING: Golf Course Superintendent – City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is currently looking for a Golf Course Superintendent to take charge of the maintenance and operations of its world class facility.

The Kalgoorlie Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 72, course that is ranked number 18 in Australia’s Top Public Access Courses. Designed by Graham Marsh, it has become one of the most iconic golf courses throughout Australia, annually hosting the Western Australian PGA Championships.

This 18-hole layout is situated in the middle of the outback and provides a beautiful and unique setting, challenging even the most avid golfing enthusiast.

For this reason, the Superintendent position is considered to be critical to the success of the Kalgoorlie Golf Course. Ideally, we are seeking an individual who is ambitious, has an outstanding work ethic and is able to demonstrate commitment and integrity in achieving quality results in challenging conditions. This is a highly reputable position, which has given our last Superintendent the opportunity and the credibility to not only excel given the extraordinary conditions, but to further advance his career on an international level.

As the successful candidate, you will be tertiary qualified and exhibit skills in all aspects of golf course management. You will be an inspirational leader, and be capable of mentoring and guiding a very driven and dedicated team.
