St Andrews Beach Golf Course on the Mornington Peninsula is ranked one of Australia premier golf courses. Golf Services Management are seeking a candidate capable of leading a small team of staff dedicated to providing excellent customer service and visitor experiences at every opportunity.
The role ideally suits a candidate looking to take the next step in their career within the golf industry providing integral support in managing and working hands-on within a small team and reporting directly to the General Manager.
- Responsibilities of the role include:
- Welcoming and processing golf bookings and payments
- Controlling all aspects of golf activities for Gunnamatta Golf Club
- Administration and co-ordination of all Group bookings
- Responding to all enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Candidates should have a sound knowledge of golf and preferably MiClub software, possess a commitment to outstanding customer service, ability to work with a small team environment and demonstrate a willingness to put their best foot forward at every opportunity.
