SEEKING: Golf Operations Support – MiClub

MiClub, the leading technology provider to the golf industry, is expanding and is seeking a new team member to join our Golf Operations Support team. We have an exciting new range of products about to launch that will further engage our clients and users. You will be an integral part of our team making use of your knowledge of golf and golf club operations. Previous experience with MiClub software would be beneficial.

The team are strategically located nationwide with offices currently in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.  Our industry leading software is used by most of the premier golfing organisations in Australia with expansions into UK, NZ and Singapore.  The support team assists our clients in the use and implementation of the MiClub products and systems.

MiClub is a progressive work place employer.  We provide modern, comfortable work environments and flexible working hours.

Our Sydney office is located in the growing North Western corridor of Sydney in the modern commercial precinct of Bella Vista.  The office is easily accessible by road on the M2/M7 and public transport by bus.

Experience:
• Golf operations at on-course golf shop or in club administration
• Understanding and knowledge of MiClub software

Desirable:
•   Pleasant customer service manner
•   Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office applications
•   Proficient knowledge of computers
•   Work independently

Duties:
•   Answer incoming support telephone calls and emails
•   Product training for new/existing clients
•   Installation of product equipment/hardware
•   Remote desktop support to clients
•   Create and maintain online product manuals
•   Provide input for Customer Service and Product Improvement
•   Be available for rostered weekend support work and/or permanent weekend shifts.
