The Gibraltar Country Club is a Semi Private Members Club located in the beautiful Southern Highlands region of NSW approximately an hour from Sydney. The Course is situated within the precinct of the 4.5 star Gibraltar Hotel Resort which boasts 76 luxury rooms, Ballroom, Observatory and San Fior restaurants, Day Spa and Harvey’s bar set in a beautiful temperate climate.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Full Vocational PGA Member to be our resident Golf Professional and assist in progressing our Golf Operations and Services to the next level.

The role is positioned for a service oriented Professional working Wednesday to Saturday and will require the overseeing and directing of existing pro shop staff while reporting to the Golf Operations Manager employed by the hotel.

The main aims of the role are to manage the Club’s day to day Golf operations in an inclusive and professional manner to achieve the strategic and agreed objectives of the resort and to provide excellent services and facilities to members, their guests and corporate clients and ultimately improve the financial performance of the Golf Operations area.

The role would include promoting and increasing memberships, member’s written and verbal communications and the general servicing of members and hotel clients. Opportunities exists for the right candidate to receive additional remuneration through lessons, clinics and servicing corporate clients on site.
