To take responsibility for the management of all aspects of the golf services, consistently delivering customer service excellence and consistently meeting or exceeding member and guest expectations. Areas of responsibility include member services, golf event operations, club competition management, tuition, club repairs, and custom fitting.

You will support other management staff to market the club, attract new members and retain existing ones, run corporate golf days, pro ams & attract sponsors.

The role incorporates regular communication with other club leadership team members regarding course set up for events, catering and general golf club administration issues. You will be responsible for your team ensuring that all of the Golf Services objectives are achieved.
