Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Club is seeking a HR Manager to proactively work alongside the Executive team and take ownership of the HR function, whilst successfully operating in a service driven environment.
What will I be doing?
You will be a true generalist bringing a broad range of operational HR experience to the role, including employee and industrial relations, health and safety, performance management, learning and development, recruitment and reporting.
What does the Club need from me?
- Strong business acumen
- Strong IR/ER experience
- Ability to interpret industrial instruments
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
- Well-developed written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
