SEEKING: Human Resources Manager – Royal Sydney Golf Club

The Royal Sydney Golf Club prides itself on being one of Australia’s best golf clubs, with the staff to match. This is a supportive workplace that values hard work, talent, a positive attitude and respect for traditions.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Club is seeking a HR Manager to proactively work alongside the Executive team and take ownership of the HR function, whilst successfully operating in a service driven environment.

What will I be doing?

You will be a true generalist bringing a broad range of operational HR experience to the role, including employee and industrial relations, health and safety, performance management, learning and development, recruitment and reporting.

What does the Club need from me?

  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong IR/ER experience
  • Ability to interpret industrial instruments
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
  • Well-developed written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills

It is recognised nationally and internationally for its world class facilities which include two golf courses, 17 tennis courts, bowling greens, croquet lawns, a squash court, a gym, two pools, several cafés, a fine dining restaurant, accommodation rooms and multiple function rooms.
