SEEKING: Operations Manager – Cranbourne Golf Club
Cranbourne Golf Club is recognised as one of Victoria’s outstanding Golf Clubs, located approximately 45km southeast of the Melbourne CBD. It is an active, vibrant Club with modern Member and Function facilities, and prides itself on delivering a great experience to all Members and Guests, both on and off the Course.
An opportunity exists for a highly motivated, passionate and experienced professional to lead the F&B team and support the GM in Club operations. With a mixture of front and back of house duties, this role is predominantly focused around the responsibilities of overseeing all F&B Operations of the Club, including Functions.
The Operations Manager will excel in the marketing of the Golf Club to attract new functions including weddings, conferences and Golf Days, as well as ensuring the delivery of a first class experience to our Members and clients 100% of the time. They will be a strong presence in the Members Lounge, leading from the front by quickly developing positive rapport with Members and promoting a welcoming and friendly ‘Club focused’ environment. The role directly reports to the General Manager, and provides monthly financial and activity reports for the General Committee.

Experience in the Golf Industry is preferred, but not essential.
