Club Mandalay is a vibrant and evolving residential golf course development at Beveridge in Melbourne’s North. The Club has become well known for its world class facilities, including a Peter Thomson designed golf course, enticing hospitality offering and its high level of customer service. Our resort facilities that include a gym, pool and tennis courts are enjoyed by our diverse range of residents of which is forever increasing as the estate is established & rapidly grows.

Club Mandalay is seeking a Resident Liaison Manager to join the Management team. The Resident Liaison will lead the introduction and ongoing engagement with current and new residents alike.  A critical element of the role is to drive the creation of a vibrant, friendly and interactive community. You will use your past experience in a similar role to engage with the local Mandalay community to assist them to settle into the estate and ensuring they remain actively engaged with all of the facilities and services offered by Club Mandalay.

This position will facilitate the creation and smooth implementation of Club events and activities from conception through to delivery. You will be required at all times to maintain positive relationships with residents, residential estate representatives, developer, staff & sub-contractors.

You will have an active role in the resident membership application process, taking the lead, organising and delivering the majority of resident inductions to ensure residents can utilize their facilities to the fullest. You will be required to maintain the Residential Members database, inputting new members, printing member cards and  activating/ de-activating cards weekly.

The successful candidate will be a people’s person who is well presented, has a vibrant and engaging personality as well as having excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form. A high proficiency level in Microsoft Office and general systems is essential.

This is a full-time salary position the rostered hours would be flexible across times and days across all 7 days to ensure you develop relationships with a large cross section of the Mandalay community.
