SEEKING: Sous Chef – Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club
An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated and self-driven Sous Chef to join the Food and Beverage team at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club.
The successful applicant will be a confident, motivated individual, able to perform under pressure with the following essential criteria:
- Trade cooking qualifications with a minimum of 5-years’ experience
- Availability to work as part of a seven-day roster
- Experience in food and menu preparation to a la carte level
- Uncompromising attitude towards high quality food, presentation and safety
- Strong communication skills and grace under pressure
- Excellent planning skills with the ability and confidence to think outside the square
- Current, valid Queensland driver’s license
