An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated and self-driven Sous Chef to join the Food and Beverage team at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club.

The successful applicant will be a confident, motivated individual, able to perform under pressure with the following essential criteria:

• Trade cooking qualifications with a minimum of 5-years’ experience
• Availability to work as part of a seven-day roster
• Experience in food and menu preparation to a la carte level
• Uncompromising attitude towards high quality food, presentation and safety
• Strong communication skills and grace under pressure
• Excellent planning skills with the ability and confidence to think outside the square
• Current, valid Queensland driver’s license
