What will I be doing?
Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive member experience. You will assist in the smooth running of the golf operations area of the Sport Department. We are looking for the right person to fit into our team culture and provide the ultimate member experience. This role is part time and will require mid-week and weekend work. Hours will range between 15 – 25 hours per week.
The key tasks include:
- Provision of exemplary service to members, including listening and responding to member needs in a professional and positive manner
- Daily operations tasks including but not limited to club cleaning and storage, golf cart cleaning and maintenance and driving range operations

- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with other staff
- Experience using computers and associated software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time-management skills
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Experience with booking and point of sale systems (Preferred)
- Previous experience in the private golf club environment (Preferred)
