Parkwood Village, Home of the Gold Coast Titans, is currently seeking the best of the best when it comes to Front of House Food & Beverage management.

As the Venue Manager you will be responsible for the front of House Food & Beverage operations with a heavy focus on providing exceptional service and guest experiences within Village Lane and our Weddings & special events centre.
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the Food & Beverage Commercial manager you will be directly responsible for:
- Developing a sale & revenue culture within the Food & Beverage Department
- To prepare, Implement and regularly review the business plan for food & beverage service in conjunction with the General Manager
- To review and develop standard operating procedures for each area of the food & beverage department to ensure maximum customer satisfaction whilst maximizing revenue and profitability;
- Assist in annual and monthly budgets for food & beverage, take corrective action as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained;
- To achieve revenue targets and meet all budget requirements;
- Ensure Parkwood Village’s food & beverage operation service standards are an industry leader.
- Maintain a strong operational presence and take a hands on approach;
- Creating initiatives to generate additional revenue;
- Recruit, train and develop all Food & Beverage staff;
- Accountable for the operation of our restaurant booking system
Candidates must possess the following;
- 5+ Years’ experience as a senior manager within a Large Food & Beverage Operation
- Current RMLV & approved managers license
- Ability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Be a strong operational manager
- Experience with resdiary is a bonus
In return we are willing to offer a competitive base salary and for the right candidate a percentage of net profit from our food and beverage operation. The owners of the business want staff who buy in and take ownership of their business unit.
Please note that this role is 100% operational and as such you will be required to work peak service periods which mostly include nights and weekends.
