Stirling Golf Course (SA) for sale with price guide of $3 million
The Stirling Golf Course at Lot 53 Golflinks Rd, Stirling hit the market on Friday with a price guide of $3 million, and will be auctioned on March 31.
The sale includes an 18-hole golf course, a function centre, tourism accommodation, a manager’s house, extensive carparking, a 67,000kL water licence, bores and a lake.
According to Land Services SA, the property transferred from Kralingen Pty Ltd to G & J Williams Property in August for almost $2.917 million.
The links is leased to the Stirling Golf Club until August 2024, with a five-year option including a six-month redevelopment termination clause.
Dee-Anne Hunt and John Williams of Williams Real Estate are selling the golf course on behalf of Mr Williams’ brother’s company, and Mrs Hunt describes the sale as an amazing opportunity for a savvy buyer.
“The zoning doesn’t allow it to be subdivided, but changing that hasn’t really been tested, and there are changes coming regarding zonings and that sort of thing, so we’re just giving everyone the information and then they can work out what they would like to do with it and look at the zoning.
