Golf Industry Central is very pleased to announce that two new topics have been added to the Tuesday in Melbourne.

Gregg Patterson and Norm Spitzig will each have their own topics to workshop, each swapping to facilitate for each other. The two special sideshows are at the Huntingdale Golf Club in Melbourne on May 10, a morning and an afternoon session.

This time exclusively during their visit to Australia and New Zealand, the duo are presenting on Creating and Sustaining the Powerfully Effective Service Culture and The 10 Keys to Long Term Prosperity in Private Clubs – 2016 and Beyond. So make sure you don’t miss out!

This is a great opportunity to train your service staff in all departments of your operation, even course maintenance – and for General Managers, CEOs, management staff, Board and committee members to obtain valuable advise on how to successfully govern and manage a great private golf club.

This Tuesday sideshow line up will compliment the main event, Strategic Issues for Private Club Governance, on Wednesday 11 May, 2016.
