Australian businessman and golf ball developer  Wayne Bosley “the Boz from Oz” of Vision Golf – Australia shared a few of his insights on the popular podcast Pace of Change this week. The story as told reveals the challenges behind running a successful smaller boutique golf brand.

An accomplished golfer himself, Wayne is the son of the well-known amateur champion golfer Bill Bosley and the duo has some 50 plus years of specialised golf ball industry experience combined, both playing at an International level and working for many of today’s major brands.

The Vision Golf Ball brand was first introduced in 2005 with a focus to produce a range of high performance game improvement products looking to make the game more enjoyable and exciting for both existing and new players of all ages.

Wayne explained that he strongly believes that the range of Vision product that they have in play this year and coming soon will have an enormous positive effect on recreational and amateur golfers in particular of all ages. He believes players will be able to start to enjoy a better quality of game and develop their overall shot play much quicker through the use of his advanced Vision ball designs.

“Golf is one of the greatest recreational activities that you can have for a lifetime…but it’s really hard to feel like you belong on a golf course,” Wayne said. “The easier we make that, the more people we get that will stay the distance and find all the benefits that I think golf brings to life,”
