The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Golf Tour Host and Planner based on the Mornington Peninsula. This exciting role involves hosting tours not only within the Mornington Peninsula—one of Australia’s finest golfing regions—but also across various premier golfing destinations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hosting and planning golf tours on the Mornington Peninsula and interstate
- Providing exceptional on-ground service to enhance client experiences
- Itinerary creation, and tour management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Driving minibuses, ensuring safe and comfortable transportation of clients
- Generating innovative ideas for new business opportunities
Who You Are:
- Passionate about golf with extensive knowledge of Australian golf destinations
- Energetic with outstanding relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Confident in driving minibuses and transporting clients
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly to host interstate tours
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the golf or travel industry highly regarded
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Current full Australian driver’s licence (MR class desirable)
