Flagstaff Hill Golf Club Launches Stunning New Facilities

POSTED ON July 3, 2025 @ 5:29 pm

Flagstaff Hill, SA – July 2025 — After months of anticipation, Flagstaff Hill Golf Club has officially unveiled its spectacular new facilities, opening the doors to both members and the wider public. The transformation marks a bold new chapter for the club, positioning it as a premium destination for golf, dining, and lifestyle in South Australia.

The centrepiece of the redevelopment is the club’s brand-new restaurant and alfresco area, fittingly named The Club. Perched with panoramic views across the lush fairways, the venue delivers a stylish and welcoming environment perfect for casual lunches, celebratory dinners, or simply a relaxing drink after a round of golf. With its contemporary design and warm atmosphere, The Club is set to become a local favourite—not just for golfers, but for anyone seeking quality food and scenic surroundings.

But the Flagstaff Hill transformation goes far beyond dining. The club has significantly enhanced its sporting offerings, unveiling a range of state-of-the-art golfing facilities. Among the highlights is Flagstix Mini Golf—a fun and family-friendly attraction that invites all ages to enjoy the game in a playful, accessible format. In addition, the new high-tech virtual golf simulators offer players the opportunity to practise their swing or play a round on world-famous courses, rain or shine.

One of the most innovative elements of the project is the integration of a residential community within the club grounds. In partnership with Living Choice Australia, Flagstaff Hill is now home to South Australia’s first fully integrated golf course and retirement living precinct.

The first phase of the development is complete, with 42 spacious villas already established and occupied. Known as The Range, the adjoining complex features 17 luxury apartments, each offering sweeping views of the course. The result is a vibrant, intergenerational community that blends the tranquility of golf course living with the convenience of modern amenities just steps away.

“The vision was always to create something more than a golf club,” said a representative from Living Choice. “We wanted a destination where people could live, play, and connect. That’s exactly what we’ve built here.”

Visitors to the club can now enjoy a range of experiences all in one location: a round of golf on a beautifully maintained course, a meal or drink at The Club, a fun game of mini golf with the family, or an immersive virtual golf session with friends. Whether you’re a scratch golfer, a social player, or simply a local looking for a great spot to unwind, Flagstaff Hill has something to offer.

The club is open daily and welcomes the public to explore everything the new precinct has to offer. With its blend of recreation, dining, and community living, Flagstaff Hill Golf Club is redefining what it means to be a modern golf destination in South Australia.
