Golf Business Advisory Services to host 2nd Industry Governance & Leadership Forum

Leading industry consulting firm Golf Business Advisory Services (GBAS) has announced its 2nd series of Industry Governance and Leadership Forums, to be held in both Melbourne and Sydney in late April.

Noting the favourable winds the industry continues to enjoy, the extent to which clubs can benefit over the long term will be determined by the quality of governance and ongoing decision-making within golf club Boardrooms.

A sell-out in 2024, the forums will thus again shine a focused light on club governance and how improvements can continue to be made, driving better outcomes for all and cementing long-term club sustainability. With a mix of new and returning speakers, the latter by popular demand, presentations will zero in on our challenges and provide well-referenced solutions for both Club Directors and General Managers.

Supporting the presentations will be the release of the GBAS State of Play Governance Report, the report detailing the views held by Club Managers and Club Directors on current governance performance.
