Golf Business Australia Become Golf NSW Partner

POSTED ON November 12, 2019 @ 5:20 pm

Golf NSW, the peak representative body for the sport in New South Wales, is thrilled to announce an official partnership with Golf Business Australia (GBA), Australia’s fastest-growing golf industry-specific insurance and finance provider.

Working as an official licensee of the PGA of Australia for many years, GBA has assisted many industry clients in developing cost-effective and broad coverage insurance solutions, and has provided unrivalled finance and insurance services to golf club and facilitates nationwide.

Daniel Bateup of Golf Business Australian and Golf NSW CEO, Stuart Fraser.

This new partnership took form earlier this year when GBA was able to assist a small regional club with a comprehensive insurance scheme after the club’s issues with current insurance were identified by the underwriter insurance holder.

GBA’s comprehensive insurance offered the club a saving of a third of the previous insurance coverage and substantial improvement to the overall cover.

“The service provided and the understanding of the need to consult with the full board of the club by GBA was exceptional and, we as a club, look forward to a long term business relationship with Golf Business Australia,” said the club board.

“As a small club, we would recommend that, come insurance renewal time, all clubs contact GBA. You may well be surprised at to what savings and cover improvements they can provide as the golf industry insurance experts.”

Founder and Managing Director, Daniel Bateup said the new partnership with Golf NSW would further assist small regional clubs in regional New South Wales.

“Golf Business Australia has a proven track record with small outback clubs, and possess intimate knowledge of golf facilities and the special requirements for clubs in regional areas,” Mr Bateup said.

CEO of Golf NSW, Mr Stuart Fraser agreed the benefits would assist not only many of the State’s regional clubs, but potentially some metropolitan-based clubs as well.

“Although the partnership with Golf Business Australia began with a focus on regional clubs, I am sure the benefits offered will help many of our affiliated metropolitan clubs as well.”

GBA can offer regional clubs a review of their insurance as well to help slash fees where possible and assist in conserving these significant community clubs across Australia.
