About:

We’re searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant to join the team at Riversdale Golf Club — a welcoming, member-focused private golf club with a vibrant clubhouse, hospitality operation and golf shop.

In this varied role, you’ll support the club’s day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations and monthly reporting. It’s the perfect opportunity for a recent graduate, current accounting student or early-career finance professional looking to build their skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

What We’re Offering:

• $60,000 – $75,000 salary package
• Flexible hours — 30.4 to 38 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and receivable processing
• Weekly payroll via Employment Hero
• Daily reconciliations (bank, POS takings)
• Superannuation and payroll tax reporting
• Member and supplier account enquiries
• Monthly reporting support

About You:

• Recent accounting graduate, final-year student or early-career finance professional
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (experience with Xero a plus)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
