Dalby Golf Club is an 18-hole course located just over 2 hours drive west of Brisbane. In recent years the club has undergone significant transformation including:

• Implementation of a business plan that has grown our membership by nearly 65% to numbers approaching 300 members.
• Significant water infrastructure investment to upgrade our facilities to modern automated irrigation.
• An upgrade to new grounds machinery.
• A soon-to-be-completed clubhouse interior refurbishment in line with our planned Centenary celebrations in 2026.

Our facility is open 7 days per week to members and visitors alike.

The Role

The Dalby Golf Club is seeking a Club Manager. The Club Manager will work directly with the Management Committee. The Club Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club including but not limited to;

• Working alongside our full-time staff in our golfing and grounds department in the day-to-day operations of our club.
• Liaising with suppliers with regards to stock and payment of accounts and maintaining financial records alongside our club treasurer. Knowledge of MYOB Business is preferred but not essential.
• Maintaining of internal database records including Miclub computer systems.
• General bar work is required with the requirement to hold a license in Responsible Service of Alcohol and Keno Gaming Licence.
• Weekend work is required on a rotational basis with other staff.

The Role in the initial period is working alongside our current Club Manager as he transitions to full-time retirement in the near term. On-the-job training will be provided by our current club manager to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

We are looking for a person with a passion for the golf and hospitality industry and the desire to consolidate recent record years for our club, as well as someone with a desire to take our club to the next level.

Remuneration will be commensurate with industry standards and experience.
