JOB: General Manager – Patterson River Golf Club

POSTED ON April 22, 2022 @ 5:17 pm

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified candidate to join the team of one of Melbourne’s Southern Bayside’s leading golf clubs.

The Club

Founded in 1925, Patterson River Golf Club is a superb Sandbelt-inspired 18-hole golf course located in Melbourne’s Southern Bayside suburbs.

The picturesque course has been built around a 15-hectare lake system providing an attractive and natural setting with abundant birdlife. It features superb couch fairways, undulating pennlinks bent greens, guarded by an extensive array of bunkers, and provides a fair test of skill for all ranges of golfers. There currently is a course masterplan being undertaken which will improve the popular layout for members, guests, and locals alike.

With a golfing membership of 1156 members and approximately 60,000 golf rounds played annually, the licensed bar and club operate seven days a week and is a popular destination for events all year round. The grounds included a large function room with beautiful views overlooking the course which provides the perfect venue for Weddings, Special Celebrations, Corporate Seminars and Events.
