Located on the mighty Murray River, on the NSW/Victoria Border, only a short 3-hour drive from Melbourne, Albury Commercial Golf Club is renowned for its 18-hole championship course, featuring tree-lined fairways and well-placed bunkers that is a challenge for golfers of all skill levels.

The Role

The role is ideally suited to a current 1st/2nd year PGA Associate or for someone who would like to enrol in the Membership Pathway Program (MPP) in 2026. The application process for the MPP will be in August 2025.

In the meantime, for the successful candidate, they can commence in a casual, part-time, or full-time capacity and can commence immediately.

Weekend and Public Holiday work will be a requirement of the position.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain high-quality service standards for members and guests.
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the Professional Shop in line with the club􀂶s policies and procedures.
• Help maintain a fleet of 28 EZGO hire carts
• Assist with golf equipment repairs and regripping
• Work well and create effective working relationships with team members
• Present and maintain the Professional Shop to a high standard
• Assist the Director of Golf with golf coaching when needed

Position Remuneration / Entitlements:

The remuneration package will be guided by conditions for PGA Associates under the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award, with the opportunity to earn more income from golf coaching.
