JOB: Sales and Operations Analyst – Club Champion Australia

Club Champion has an immediate opportunity available for a Sales and Operations Analyst.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary plus superannuation and will be based at our Alexandria, NSW facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and NetSuite systems.
- Enter and receive purchase orders, ensuring alignment with inventory and operational needs.
- Report on operational and financial results to support strategic decision-making.
- Reply to customer inquiries promptly, maintaining high service standards.
- Serve as a liaison between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills for data-driven reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in golf, either as a player or spectator, is highly desirable.
