JOB: Sales and Operations Analyst – Club Champion Australia

Club Champion has an immediate opportunity available for a Sales and Operations Analyst.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary plus superannuation and will be based at our Alexandria, NSW facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using Salesforce and NetSuite systems.
  • Enter and receive purchase orders, ensuring alignment with inventory and operational needs.
  • Report on operational and financial results to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reply to customer inquiries promptly, maintaining high service standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills for data-driven reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
  • A genuine interest in golf, either as a player or spectator, is highly desirable.
