JOB: Office Administrator – Tour Tee

As the brand continues to expand globally, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team at our Warriewood office.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Junior Administrator to provide day-to-day support across administration, finance, and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a dynamic company with strong potential for career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the office team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
  • Support finance processes, including accounts payable/receivable and reconciliation tasks (via Xero).
  • Prepare and manage spreadsheets and reports using Excel.
  • Assist with marketing and creative tasks, including preparing materials using Adobe Suite/Canva programs.
  • Handle customer and supplier enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Assist with social media posting and responding to messages.
  • Maintain inventory and support logistics coordination.
  • Contribute to team projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, accounts, or office support role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Xero, Excel, Adobe Creative Design Suite, Canva, Instagram, FaceBook, TikTok and Linkedin highly regarded.
  • If not proficient, successful candidates must be willing to undertake relevant training courses.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Interest and knowledge in the golf industry is desirable but not essential.
