The South Australian Golf Industry Awards Night is being held on Saturday, 28th October 2023 at the Hilton Adelaide.

The South Australian Golf Industry Awards Night is an Industry initiative between Golf Australia (SA), the PGA Southern Division, Golf Management Australia (SA) and Turf Management SA. It is an annual celebration to recognise achievements and contributions to the game of golf in South Australia.

The Awards Night includes pre-dinner drinks, 3-course dinner & 5-hour drinks package, golf themed audio-visual displays and over a dozen award presentations.

We encourage clubs to book a table and invite their Club Manager, Superintendent, Club Professional and Committee representatives to attend this unique celebration of our great game and industry.

We encourage GMA (SA) members to take a lead role within their clubs, alongside their board/committee, in the consideration and submission of nominations for the above awards.

GMA (SA) Excellence in Golf Club Management Award

The GMA (SA) Excellence in Golf Club Management Award recognises outstanding commitment and overall excellence in management that has resulted in a club/facility and or the golf industry benefitting by the consistent high level performance of an individual working within the golf management industry. Though a timeline of service is not stipulated and whilst not a lifetime award, nominations should be for employees of some years standing within the industry.

Nominees for the Excellence in Golf Club Management Award must be a GMA (SA) member and currently employed in a full-time capacity by their club or facility in a senior management role*.

*Senior management roles may include General Managers, Assistant Managers, Finance Managers, Operations Managers, or other similar management roles.
