A great opportunity has come up for an enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this individual will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and qualifying all orders received by accounts and sales representatives, ensuring accuracy on product and account details
  • Monitoring compliance with programs to ensure orders are entered with correct terms; manage and process orders
  • Reviewing and processing daily and weekly reports to ensure orders are processing smoothly
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Resolving account problems as needed, including invoice and shipping errors, returns, and general issues for internal and external accounts
  • Processing change requests and cancellations on existing orders as directed by the account and/or sales representatives
  • Processing requests for returns and repairs
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Mizuno product lines
  • Servicing internal teams from Sales to Operations as well as external accounts and strive to improve on each interaction, through excellent product knowledge and service
  • Being proactive in communication with order timeliness to all accounts

Your communication skills are excellent through email and phone and you have a high level of problem-solving ability.  Your organisational and time management skills are second to none with superior attention to detail.  You can contribute to a team environment where performance is measured and you have experience in working under pressure to meet deadlines.
