SENPOS Announces New Leadership Structure to Drive Next Phase of Growth
Australia – Following its acquisition by Northstar Technologies in 2024, SENPOS will enter its next phase of growth with a new, aligned management structure set to take effect in November 2026.
The strategic alignment brings SENPOS and MiClub – acquired by Northstar in 2021 -under unified leadership while preserving the distinct strengths, products, and client relationships of each organization.
MiClub CEO Chris Little will expand his responsibilities to serve as CEO across both SENPOS and MiClub, fostering closer collaboration, shared expertise, and resource integration across product development, technology, operations, and customer support.
As part of this leadership transition:
- George Tuntevski and David Potter, long-standing leaders of SENPOS, will conclude their roles with the business at the end of October 2026.
- Thomas Rabl, a 17-year veteran of SENPOS, has been appointed Director of Operations – SENPOS. Rabl will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational continuity, team support, and seamless service delivery for clients.
The new structure reinforces SENPOS’ core commitment to the club and hospitality sectors. Northstar has significantly increased investment across both businesses in product development, customer support, and training, with a suite of new product releases, integrations, and service enhancements scheduled throughout 2027.
