Temuka Golf Club receives $5000 donation towards clubhouse makeover
New Zealand’s Temuka Golf Club has been given a generous donation of $5000 from the Community Trust of Mid and South Canterbury, which will enable the club to repaint the Clubhouse.
The entire paint job is estimated to cost the club $20,000, and the donation is timely as the club aims to get the paint job completed before the Temuka 2000 tournament in October this year.
Secretary and treasurer Carla Pinn said the club was really pleased about the donation.
“It’s a fantastic thing for us.”
“Without the grant, it just wouldn’t happen.
“We’re grateful we’ve had the grant, and want to say a big thank you.”
