EOI – Contract Caterer – Casino Golf Club (NSW)
We are seeking expressions of Interest for a Contract Caterer to operate our kitchen at Casino Golf Club, located in the Northern Rivers region of NSW.
The Club
We have 2000 members and 450 golf members. You will be required to service a 75 seat function room and a 250 seat combined club space.
We are looking for a caterer offering quality and consistency 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner. We will consider all styles of cuisine.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, the Caterer will need to:
- Be able to work very closely with Management with a common aim of providing a quality, value for money catering.
- Be able to grow and progress the business with anticipated management expectations.
- Customer service focused.
- Have demonstrated experience in function catering and strategies to accommodate high/peak activity time during the week.
- Meet all WHS and food hygiene requirements including registers, documentation and certification.
- Provide previous experience in a busy food service environment.
- Provide regular menu revisions and changes with a wide variety of meals on offer that appeal to the clientele.
- Ensure consistency and quality for all catering offered with particular emphasis on food quality, service and presentation standards.
- Provide well presented, professional, suitably qualified, customer service focused staff who can build a rapport with patrons.
