JOB: Golf Venue Manager – Links Kennedy Bay (WA)
Looking for an opportunity to make your mark and lead an exceptional Golf and Food and Beverage venue 40 minutes of Perth, Western Australia?
We are currently seeking to engage a suitably experienced Venue Manager to develop and lead the new team at Links Kennedy Bay with a focus on activating the brand new hospitality and event spaces.

Clublinks will be managing the operations of the Links Kennedy Bay golf course located in Port Kennedy, 40 minutes south of the Perth. Links Kennedy Bay is going through a development phase with an exciting new town centre, new 9 holes being constructed and the brilliant new $6million clubhouse due to open in coming months.
The Role
Reporting to the State Manager – WA, you will be responsible for overseeing all key business units and ensuring key deliverables are met.
The successful candidate will have a strong hospitality background and will drive the growth and success of the brand new F&B business.
This role is pivotal to the success of Links Kennedy Bay and responsibilities will include:
- People Management

- Facility Maintenance
About you
Ideally you possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- 5 + experience working in multifaceted businesses across the hospitality, sporting, event or golf industries
- Must have a current approved manager qualification for the service of alcohol
- Degree in business, recreation or similar discipline
- Exceptional leadership skills including a proven track record of developing high performing teams, mentoring and coaching
- Proven track record of working in a high paced, active F&B environment and delivering exceptional results
- Solid financial and business acumen
- Energetic and vibrant approach
- Sales, marketing and business development skills
- Contractor and stakeholder management experience
- First Aid, Working with Children Check and Police Check
