EOI: Fremantle Public Golf Course Operator (WA)
An exciting opportunity is now available for experienced golf course operators to manage the recently revamped, Fremantle Public Golf Course.
The redesigned public golf course offers a 9-hole, par 34 layout and includes three new holes – including a par 5 hole for the first time – and new bunkers, tees, and greens. The revamped course also features an upgraded irrigation system, new cart paths and course furniture, as well as an upgraded practice chipping, putting green and driving range.
With big plans underway to reinvigorate the current Golf Course with a brand new Golf Clubhouse and Community Centre, a new operator has the opportunity to work with the City and undertake further feature upgrades to the course such as mini golf and/or a covered and lit driving range.

A new operator would have the opportunity to manage the recently upgraded golf course and newly constructed clubhouse (once complete) which may include the operation of a café that services both the golf course, Booyeembara Park, and community centre visitors.
If you have the demonstrated skills, experience and financial standing, submit your interest to operate, manage and maintain a golf course under lease and associated management agreements from the City.
