Woodlands Golf Club, situated in the renowned Melbourne sandbelt has one of the most highly rated golf courses in Australia is seeking to appoint a highly skilled Finance Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the appointee will liaise closely with the Club Treasurer, Course Manager, House Manager, Head Chef and Golf Professional to support the profitable and efficient management of all of the Club’s activities.

You will manage a small administration team and be specifically responsible for financial reporting and accountability, cash flow management and investment, cost control and budgeting, office administration with a focus on maintaining administration policies & procedures, supporting the provision of a safe and secure working environment, and computer and information technology. You will act as Company Secretary and suitable training will be provided as required.

You will be tertiary qualified with a CA/CPA status being highly desirable. You will have proven accounting experience and possess:

• Outstanding bookkeeping skills
• Computer literacy including accounting and electronic POS systems
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• The ability to work within a busy, varied and challenging environment
