SEEK: Customer Service Specialist – Sporte Leisure
Sporte Leisure is a marketing leading supplier of Golf Apparel and Corporate Sportswear established 27 years ago. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team
The primary purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and to our internal and external sales teams.
Key duties include
- sales order management through to timely releasing and allocation of all orders, including internal processes associated with logo’d products
- sales support activities, inbound and outbound customer enquires
- processing of customer credits per company policies within a timely manner
- linking our sales teams to our production and distribution teams, value adding to our customers sales experience
Must haves
- the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- working knowledge of promotional product processes and the importance of accuracy and detail – wholesale apparel experience
- excellent time management skills
- intermediate to advanced excess skills
- patience and calmness, the ability to problem solve
- the desire to be part of a team that is critical to the companies overall success.
- Apparel 21 knowledge would be ideal (but not essential).
