We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Community Manager to join our Bingara Gorge team. With a core focus to work with the residents of Bingara Gorge to develop a harmonious community; promote the superior lifestyle for residents; and exceed the expectations of the residents, developer and other stakeholders.

Clublinks had been appointed to manage the Bingara Gorge Lendlease created Community for the last 6 years. Upon completion, Bingara Gorge will be the home of 1800 homes, an 18-hole golf course, swimming pools, tennis courts, cafes, restaurants, retail, a childcare centre, primary school, parks and playgrounds.

Leading a small yet dynamic team, you will hit the ground running, forming strong connections and enhancing the lives of all residents. Based at picturesque Bingara Gorge you will be happy to roll up your sleeves and throw yourself into whatever comes your way, with accountability for;
- Delivering lifestyle services to all residents
- Stakeholder management and developer liaison
- Setting strategic and annual business plans for the community
- Marketing, Communication and Events services
- Strata Management and Community development
- Leadership of the onsite team
About you
You will have:
- 3+ years’ experience in managing communities or membership-based organisations
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Community Management, Strata / Owners Corporation or comparable practical experience
- Passion for engaging with a community and facilitating outstanding services and events
- A proactive, innovative, outcome focussed approach, bringing energy into the workplace
- Solid financial and business acumen
- Contractor and stakeholder management experience
- Facilities and/or asset management experience
- Marketing and business development skills
- Exceptional communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Current police check
