JOB: Teaching Professional – Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club (VIC)

The Club

Located at Point Cook in Melbourne’s inner west, Sanctuary Lakes Golf Academy is positioned beside our Greg Norman designed championship course, which is highly rated amongst Australia’s top 100 courses.The Academies practice facilities includes 30 newly renovated bays and is the best driving range in the west. It also has an excellent short game area with bunker and green and a large practice putting green.

The Role

Sanctuary Lakes golf academy are seeking the services of a suitably qualified PGA Professional to fill the roll of teaching professional.The successful applicant will be offered the opportunity to be on the range on a daily basis taking on teaching our clinics and individual lessons. Currently the position does not include any shop hours but there may be this opportunity in the future.

We are seeking someone who is pro-active and has an open personality. There is a big opportunity to build an extensive base of cliental and be busy with lessons every day. The facility has a trackman for use by all coaches and offers a professional set up for teaching.The successful applicant will ideally possess :

• A strong and positive work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Open personality
• Proficient with the use of Trackman technology
• Experience in working with children
