GreenSpace Management Launches Perth Mini Golf Expansion with OuttaBounds

POSTED ON November 17, 2025 @ 10:22 am

OuttaBounds, Perth’s premier high-tech golf entertainment venue and driving range, is set to significantly expand its offerings by partnering with GreenSpace Management, the creators of the globally recognised SHANX Mini Golf. This collaboration marks GreenSpace Management’s first mini golf site in Western Australia.

The new addition, currently under construction and slated to open in 2026, is designed to tap into Australia’s rapidly growing golf participation, particularly in alternative, off-course formats.

Key Features of the New Mini Golf Experience

The OuttaBounds mini golf course will feature a market-leading 14-hole GreenSpace Built Mini Golf course.

  • The course includes dual pins for varied challenge levels.
  • Creative terrain is designed to deliver “oooh-ah” moments.
  • A central playground is integrated into the golfing experience, making it family-friendly.
  • The design adheres to The R&A’s “Golf for Smaller Spaces” guide, promoting accessible, sustainable, and urban-friendly play.

A Venue for All Golfers

The mini golf course complements OuttaBounds’ existing amenities, which include:

  • Outdoor and indoor simulators, with the latter offering weather-proof play on iconic global courses.
  • A premium grass range for authentic practice.
  • High-tech features such as precise ball tracking, real-time feedback, interactive challenges, and immersive 3D simulations.
  • A vibrant food and beverage menu that fuses classic pub grub with bold Asian flavours, catering to social gatherings, dates, and family outings.

General Manager Nicholas d’Avoine stated the venue aims to redefine golf as an “inclusive, high-energy activity for everyone,” leveraging GreenSpace Management’s expertise to combine cutting-edge technology with family fun.

Tapping into a Booming Market

The launch aligns with surging industry trends, addressing the increasing demand for accessible play. Australia saw over 3.8 million people engage in golf during 2023–24, a 9% year-on-year increase, which includes off-course formats like mini golf and simulators.

Notably, women now represent 53% of off-course players, underscoring the shift toward inclusive, alternative experiences that break down traditional barriers for beginners.

Peter Vlahandreas, Managing Director of GreenSpace Management, praised the partnership, noting the strong vision from both companies to “drive better golf outcomes for Aussies in modern, fun and inclusive formats”.
