JOB: General Manager – Golf – Belgravia Health & Leisure Group (Victoria)

As part of the Victorian Golf Leadership Team, you will be responsible for daily quality management and development of our golf product, ensuring the best service delivery to our members, guests and diverse user groups. You will be a dynamic, innovative and creative person who plays with the boundaries of traditional golf course management and applies a modern approach that welcomes new markets to our venues.

Lending your experience and your well-established golf network to our golf operations team at The Sands, Torquay Golf Resort, you will be responsive, collaborative and capable of assisting with day-to-day requests that contribute to industry-best golf course outcomes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Chairing two State golf meetings per month designed to promote information sharing and product consistency
• Active partnership with Golf Australia and strategic alignment to measure and report on participation segments
• Strengthening our member care systems and coordinating creative social golf re-booking initiatives at Torquay
• Creating an energetic, exciting work culture that inspires our local team and next wave of emerging golf leaders

Victorian Golf Courses under our Management
Geelong Golf Course is the oldest course in Geelong (est. 1892). The high-quality, boutique 9-hole course is home to over 300 members and hosts the fast, fun pro-am in the lead up to the Vic Open.

Yarrambat Park Golf Course is a much-loved public access course on the fringe of the Yarra Valley wine region. The course recently
underwent a major $1mil redevelopment including a hospitality development and Australia’s first Goanna Golf mini golf.

Keilor Public Golf Course is an 18-hole public access golf course with a well-frequented 20-bay driving range.

Spring Park Golf Course is a 9-hole golf course on the Sandbelt, with a well-frequented mini golf entertainment precinct.
