JOB: Golf Operations Supervisor – Brisbane
Golf Central BNE has revolutionised how we play the game of golf with the most advanced ball-tracking technology – Toptracer by Topgolf! Our venue boasts a wide variety of facilities including Driving Range, Mini Golf, Queensland Performance Lab for Custom Club Fitting and a full-service Clubhouse & Bar. We’re conveniently located within the Skygate precinct next to DFO Brisbane.
To cater to our growing business, we are seeking a passionate Golf Operations Supervisor.
This position requires an individual who is capable of leading and motivating a small team. The successful applicant will possess a passion for delivering consistently high levels of customer service and work well under pressure. A strong background in golf retail sales, customer service and experience in a member environment is highly desirable.
Job tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing assistance to the Golf Manager to steer the operation of the Golf Department
- Assisting with the management of the Custom Orders Process at Golf Central.
- Assisting with emails and invoicing
- Driving retail sales through the retail outlet
- Take charge of the golf club repairs service
- Delivering coaching to Golf Central clients
To be successful you will:
- Be an experienced supervisor and capable of leading a team
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be professional and reliable
- Have experience in the golf industry
- Be highly motivated
- Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts across a 7day roster including Public Holidays
- Have a high standard of presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Be computer (Microsoft Office) and POS literate
Remuneration
- An attractive salary commensurate with your experience will be offered
- The ability to conduct golf lessons outside of rostered hours on a contractor’s agreement with a commission split to be negotiated with the successful candidate
