We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to assist our Group Marketing Manager to strengthen our position in key target markets, identify and
capture new business leads and coordinate marketing campaigns across TWO of the Coffs Coast’s largest resort properties.
This is your chance to work with a dynamic and independently-run resort property group where each day presents new and exciting opportunities. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for crafting a range of digital marketing strategies, designing content to fit each digital channel, and constantly monitoring the analytics to measure the efficacy of each campaign. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence and increase brand loyalty and awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
You will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to create and implement online marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at lead generation for the sales team. Whilst your main focus is on being our Social Media Guru and being responsible for guest engagement and improving the overall gust experience, you will provide the Group Marketing Manager with generalised marketing support as needed and be a versatile and active member of the team during key events.
Duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Create content for and manage all social media channels
- Coordinate advertising across a broad media mix including print, digital, TV and radio
- Design and manage EDM and work to grow key audiencesDesign and arrange production of marketing materials
- Evaluate metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience and prepare reports on our marketing campaigns performance
- Write and forward press releases to local, state and interstate media
The successful candidate:
- Will have 3+ years’ experience in Marketing at a Coordinator level with a documented focus on creating social media campaigns that cut through
- Will have experience using Adobe design suite with a keen eye for design and detail
- Will have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail to ensure consistency of brand
- Will keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Will have strong organisational skills with a record of consistently delivering results
- Will have a valid NSW driver’s license
An understanding and love of golf, as well as a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media and/or Communications, will also be advantageous.
There is flexibility around this role and it is offered as either a full-time or part-time position dependant on the suitable candidate’s availability. Some weekend work may be required at
times during key events.
