SEEKING: Customer Service Administrator – Golf division – Mizuno

Based in Melbourne’s South Eastern suburb of Mulgrave and reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the key responsibility for this role is to ensure that all customer needs are promptly and accurately met in order to maintain our excellent level of service. Key tasks include all areas of customer service – processing orders, keeping customers informed on the status of orders, checking of stock levels and the ETA of any orders and back orders. You will work closely with our production and sales team to ensure all queries are resolved professionally, promptly and accurately. A passion for the sport of golf is a must and the knowledge of our golfing product advantageous.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience;
• Fluent communication skills, both written and oral;
• Strong time management and attention to detail skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the knack to build strong relationships;
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as autonomously;
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite advantageous;
• Previous customer service experience advantageous.
