JOB: Membership Software : Installation & Training Consultant – MiClub

MiClub, Australia’s leading golf & club management software provider, is looking for an Installation & Training Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Regional NSW.
The successful candidate will join an experienced nationwide team that is focused on providing the best outcomes for our customers through tailored installations and training programs.
You will be joining a highly respected supplier to the Australian golf industry with a reputation for delivering innovative cloud-based software and outstanding levels of support. We are looking for someone who will strive to deliver the positive and rewarding experience that our customers expect from us.
The role would provide travel, professional development and networking opportunities.
Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare the client for implementation by discussing requirements and completing pre-installation audits
- Understand the client’s business objectives and apply your expertise to how MiMembership can be best configured to meet these needs
- Prepare and distribute project plans
- Collate and prepare data for importing, including assisting with membership and financial data conversions
- Configure and test the MiMembership product
- Conduct onsite and remote group training sessions
- Provide post-installation support to ensure the client has a good understanding of the total solution
- Contribute to product development by sharing client feedback and ideas
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Understanding and knowledge of club membership practices
- Knowledge of accounting practices, particularly in relation to membership accounts
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to successfully train a diverse group of club personnel via phone, email and video conferencing
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Experience with editing csv and data files (Excel)
- Basic level of knowledge of software development and IT systems
- Experience in the use of club membership software and general ledger systems
- Experience with MiMembership
