JOB: General Manager – Sorrento Golf Club

Located on the spectacular Mornington Peninsula, the Sorrento Golf Club has been providing its members, and their families and friends, with great golf, hospitality, and social experiences since 1907.
The club is ideally positioned for continued success. It has a high demand for membership, a strong financial position, and one of the best golf courses in Australia. The club prides itself on three core values: committing to excellence; providing a friendly and welcoming environment, and being member-focused.
We are now seeking a new General Manager to lead this vibrant club. You will be actively involved in all aspects of the club and responsible for all operations. Your approach will match the club’s unique culture and its core values.
Your priorities will be to establish and maintain effective relationships with all members; maintain and evolve the high-performing service team; and lead the development and execution of the new strategic plan. The role demands a General Manager with a desire to lead from the front.
