JOB: Golf Operations Manager – Monash CC
Monash Country Club is a private golf club located on the northern beaches of Sydney in a beautiful bushland setting.
An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified PGA Professional looking to take the next step in Golf Operations. The Golf Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team that can deliver best golf experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Director of Golf, the successful applicant must be well presented, honest, reliable, organised and self-motivated with a good work ethic and have the skills to lead a professional shop team.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Staff management, training & rostering
- Pro Shop retail sales, buying and merchandising
- Stock control, reporting and departmental profitability
- Liaise with other departments as required to coordinate corporate events
- Manage the golf cart fleet including storage, cleaning and maintenance
- Daily administration of competitions, time sheets and results
- Managing a busy repair room.
- Driving Range management including ball collection
- Limited coaching will be available
- Club Fitting
To be successful in obtaining this role you will need the following:
- Fully qualified member of the PGA, ideally with advanced status under the PGA ACE Program.
- Demonstrated capability to manage and motivate staff
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Available to work varied shifts from early mornings to afternoons, including weekends and Public Holidays
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current Working with Children Certificate
- Have a working knowledge of Golf and Club operating systems and POS, experience with MiClub essential.
