The Role
Fairway Golf Tours is looking to appoint a hands-on Golf Tour Specialist with the successful applicant being based in either The Gold Coast (QLD), Melbourne (VIC) OR Mornington Peninsula (VIC). This role will have a combination of working from home and hosting tours interstate

- Must have a passion for golf, and knowledge of different golf destinations across Australia
- A high-spirited individual with the skills to build relationships with clients and partners
- Customer-focused mentality with the desire to go above and beyond
As a Golf Tour Specialist, you will be required to provide timely responses and information to prospective clients which include; quoting, itinerary preparation, and on-the-ground service delivery.
Some of the key deliverables include:
- Creating memorable golf experiences for existing and new clients
- Quoting and itinerary creation
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Generating unique ideas to create new business
- Setting and working to sales targets set by you and the Fairway Golf team
- Must be comfortable driving a minibus and transporting clients from accommodation to golf
- The ability to travel to host tours interstate is a necessity for this role
The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills along with highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills, together with the ability to be self-motivated.
A remuneration package will be negotiated that reflects the qualifications, capabilities, and performance of the successful applicant.
Skills and experience
- Experience in the golf or travel industry will be regarded favourably.
- Passion for the game of golf
- Attention to detail and well organised
- Must have a current full Australian driver’s license
- MR class driver’s license is desirable.
