JOB: Golf Operations Co-Ordinator – Kingston Heath Golf Club

This is a unique opportunity to join one of Australia’s most prestigious golf clubs and part of the famed Melbourne Sandbelt.
We are looking for a passionate individual who is self-driven and passionate about creating memorable experiences for Women’s golf and Guest Visitation.

The Club is about to open a brand new Short Course facility to deliver a great golf and hospitality experience. The opportunity exists to develop and implement brand-new guest experiences within this unique and progressive environment.
Ensuring all External bookings relating to golf are well planned and assisting in delivering our yearly calendar of Women Member’s Golf events.
The Golf Operations Co-Ordinator role is ideally suited to someone with a passion for golf, a high-quality service ethic, natural enthusiasm, and aspirations to further their career in the golf industry.
You will be responsible for:
VISITOR BOOKINGS
- Managing all Overseas and Interstate Golf enquiries
- Managing Reciprocal Golf Bookings
WOMEN’S GOLF
- Co-Ordinating women’s Golf Events
- Attend Women’s Committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas, recording minutes, providing suggestions and following up on action items
- Plan and set up all women’s golf events in advance of the competition
- A strong understanding of golf
- A passion for golf and customer experience

- The capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Service-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
HOURS
This position is full-time based on a 38-hour working week (Monday to Friday with limited weekend work required). Daily start and finish times are flexible to suit the employee and employer’s needs mutually.
