JOB: Golf Course Foreman – GSM Peregian Golf

Peregian Golf Course is a premium pay to play golf course with a parkland aspect which creates a pleasant work environment.
Our grounds maintenance crew take pride in presenting the golf course to a consistently high standard and are a close knit team.
About the role
The successful applicant will be responsible for presenting the playing surface to a high standard through participation in all turf maintenance and course preparation tasks.
If you are a conscientious worker who can work well in a team environment, and take pride in what you do, then this role will suit.
Performing general works will involve:
- Mowing using both reel and rotary blade machines
- Basic construction tasks
- Knowledge of disease identification and irrigation equipment
- Proven safe operator of all machinery and equipment involved with golf course maintenance.
Successful applicants will ideally have completed a recognised Queensland Certificate III tertiary training course, but this is not essential for the role.
A current drivers licence is essential.
