Kiama Golf Club is a boutique golf course located on the banks of the Minnamurra River. Kiama provides a complete golfing and social experience and sees over 60,000+ rounds of golf per year.

The role

We have a unique opportunity for a 12-month contract and are seeking an energetic and motivated PGA of Australia Member to join our team as Golf Operation Manager.

The successful applicant will possess:

• Full Vocational Membership of the PGA of Australia with advanced status in Management or Game Development desirable.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
• Retail, stock control, and sales skills are preferred.
• Ability to be a leader of the Golf Operations Team.
• Proficiency in dealing with golf club governance structures.
• Strong work ethic and highly motivated.
• Have naturally high standards and attention to detail.
• Provide members and guests with extraordinary experiences and
  service.

Coaching will be an important part of the position and will include but not be limited to the delivery of beginner clinics, junior golf programs, school holiday golf camps as well as private tuition sessions.

You will have access to a teaching facility which includes a practice fairway, short-game area, and putting green. Coaching is to be completed outside of your agreed contractual hours; however, you will be fully remunerated for your services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a team-orientated person and is willing to share their knowledge with our two PGA of
Australia Associates.
