The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our multi-faceted Golf, Hospitality, and Entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting role with significant scope for growth and development within the Executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion the operational performance of the business, which includes outstanding hospitality, technology inspired golf entertainment and delivering good times across the venue as a whole.
Manage day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless coordination between golf facilities, hospitality services, and entertainment offerings.
Implement strategic plans and drive business performance.
Supervise and lead a diverse team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure superior performance and outstanding customer experiences.
Collaborate with marketing teams to oversee and implement the marketing plan to drive community engagement and participation.
Play a central role in driving a team and high-performance culture.

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and previous history as a Licensee of a venue.

Qualifications:

5 years prior experience in venue management at a golf, hospitality or entertainment venue is highly desirable.
Proven track record of success in managing teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of operations, technology, event planning and hospitality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
