The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our multi-faceted Golf, Hospitality, and Entertainment venue. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting role with significant scope for growth and development within the Executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the operational performance of the business, which includes outstanding hospitality, technology inspired golf entertainment and delivering good times across the venue as a whole.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless coordination between golf facilities, hospitality services, and entertainment offerings.
• Implement strategic plans and drive business performance.
• Supervise and lead a diverse team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure superior performance and outstanding customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to oversee and implement the marketing plan to drive community engagement and participation.
• Play a central role in driving a team and high-performance culture.

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and previous history as a Licensee of a venue.

Qualifications:

• 5 years prior experience in venue management at a golf, hospitality or entertainment venue is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of operations, technology, event planning and hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
